Baby girl (BG) falls asleep during a nursing session.

I take her up and put her in the crib as though I am handling a bomb.

As I am about to walk away, her eyes fly wide open.

Me: (moving arms in a wavy motion)
       “This is juuuuuuust a dream, juuuuuuust a dream”
       (backs away slowly out of the bedroom)

Okay, so I actually had a 75% hope that that work but she is now just playing calmly in her crib. Be grateful for small victories, right?
